Three Short Games to Build Focus

Quick cognitive games that students can use at home or in class to practice sustained attention.

Focus can be trained through short, repeatable activities. Game one: look at five objects for one minute, cover them, and write down what you remember. Game two: count backward from 100 by sevens. Game three: choose one letter and find it in a short paragraph.

These activities support working memory, attention control, and careful checking. They should feel light and playful, not like a test.

Five minutes a day is enough. The goal is consistency, not pressure.
